Job Title: Junior Campaign Specialist in Swedish Market

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team, specializing in the Swedish market. This hybrid position is based in Barcelona, offering a mix of remote and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve performance targets for productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Confidently pitch proposals to clients via phone and create persuasive written content.
  • Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide valuable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with your team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Native or C2 proficiency in Swedish, with B2 level English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective pitches and proposals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a client-focused approach and a drive to achieve business goals.
  • A proactive team player who excels in a constantly evolving work environment.
