Job Overview
We are seeking a Dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our Internal Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, prioritizing account management, and providing timely support.
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Multitask efficiently, handling multiple tasks and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Make outbound calls to potential patients, offering Free Visits in designated countries.
- Handle customer issues and escalations, making real-time decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Prospect for and respond to incoming leads to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Identify trends, weaknesses, and solutions to enhance the customer journey and train team members.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of Spanish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
What We Offer

- An estimated annual salary of €18,000.00 gross per year.
- A bonus of €1000 gross per year pro-rated, based on KPIs.
