**Job Description**

We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to be part of our Business Development team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through outbound campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota and daily/weekly activity targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on our services and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a phone-based environment and interact with customers via outbound calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
