Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Specialist - Google Ads Products - Part Time

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: 9653.19 € gross/year (part-time, 22.5 hours/week)

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Spanish Customer Service Representatives for Google Ads Products.

This role offers a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment where creativity and initiative are encouraged.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline service to customers and route their calls to the appropriate department
  • Offer friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries
  • Ensure agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Perform duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products

Requirements:

  • Spanish native speaker
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Minimum of 2 years' customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • IT literate - Previous Salesforce knowledge an advantage
  • Excellent time management & telephone etiquette
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
