Are you passionate about sales and customer relationships?
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Multilingual Sales and Customer Relationship Manager in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role

This is a key position in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range. As a Multilingual Sales and Customer Relationship Manager, you will work directly with independent retail outlets like toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Challenges and Requirements:

We understand that maintaining regular contact and keeping customers engaged can be challenging. You'll need to excel in managing your time to reach every customer consistently.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized and efficient, and have a strong understanding of sales and customer relationships. A valid driver's license is required.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, plus one other European language (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
  • A third-level qualification (degree) and a valid driver's license.
Location and Benefits:

This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office. We offer relocation support, a profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discounts, and a Share Save scheme.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €32,000 per year, taking into account the location and industry standards.
