About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Multilingual Sales Professional to join our team. As a German language expert, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service to customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have native-level German and fluent English skills, with previous sales experience and expertise in CRM. They will be comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with broader teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
  • Create, maintain, and update databases of customers with complete information
  • Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
  • Handle customer needs and requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
Requirements
  • Native level of German with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable in goal-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
