Multilingual Sales Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Multilingual Sales Professional to join our team. As a German language expert, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service to customers.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have native-level German and fluent English skills, with previous sales experience and expertise in CRM. They will be comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with broader teams.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
- Create, maintain, and update databases of customers with complete information
- Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones
- Record outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time
- Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
- Native level of German with fluent English
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- Comfortable in goal-driven environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual
- Able to work independently, but within a team environment
- Full-time position (39 hours/week)
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona
- Salary: 25,330€ gross/year + up to 4,470€ gross/year
