About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Challenges

Maintaining regular contact and keeping customers engaged can be challenging. You'll need to excel in managing your time to reach every customer consistently.

  • Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
  • Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
Language Requirements

Fluency in English and French, plus one of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.

Location and Perks

This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office. Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required. We offer relocation support, a profit share bonus, pension plan, extra holidays, staff discounts, and a Share Save scheme.

Estimated salary: €32,000 per year. We're committed to providing a great environment for our team members who understand our goals and are willing to put the company's needs first.
