About the Role
We are seeking a skilled European Sales and Relationship Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. As an integral part of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our trade partners across Europe.
The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, customer relationships, and cultural diversity. They will be able to communicate effectively in English and Italian, as well as possess a working knowledge of at least two additional European languages (Dutch, German, Greek, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well-informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of €32,000 per annum, along with relocation support (€3,2000 paid with first month's salary), profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, and Share Save scheme.
