**Job Title:** Sales and E-commerce Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales and e-commerce specialist to join our luxury department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support online sales teams in the luxury portfolio by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, and finance teams to develop a deep understanding of omnichannel and modern trade channels in the beauty industry.
  • Develop and maintain product sheets and campaigns, ensuring timely launches on web pages.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's/degree in marketing or a related field.
  • High knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills.

**Estimated Salary:** €30,000 - €40,000 per year (dependent on experience).
