About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Partnership Development Specialist in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with existing and new partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve partnership revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to drive business growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual or proficient in Italian with Advanced English
  • Two years of related technical sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with channel programs
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
