We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Partnership Development Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Barcelona. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute partnership marketing strategies, drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, and create engaging marketing materials.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Marketing Manager. As a Senior Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and performing multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to engage actual partners and capture new ones. Your primary goal will be to promote our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through our joint relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create partnership collaterals, including presentations, newsletters, brochures, videos, case studies, testimonials, press releases, and website content.
  • Develop an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates, and other relevant information.
  • Promote our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through our joint relationships.
  • Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role.
  • Proven experience in the B2B tech Partnership Marketing ecosystem.
  • A solid grasp of Salesforce or a related PRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills – data-oriented.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills (both in English and Spanish).
  • Dynamic, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
