We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to drive business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities

R&D and Outreach Conduct thorough research to identify high-value prospects and develop targeted outreach campaigns in partnership with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
Handle customer inquiries, initiate warm lead calls, and utilize strategic questioning to uncover client needs and interests.
Lead Qualification and Management Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage their progress through the sales funnel.
Engage with high-potential clients and devise strategies to secure business opportunities.
Maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement to support retention and upsell efforts.
Demonstrate empathy and a customer-first approach when addressing inquiries and assisting clients with our platform.

Product Knowledge and Positioning
Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, pricing, and service options, while positioning new offerings using a consultative sales approach.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture long-term relationships and move prospects closer to sales.

Collaboration and Feedback
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on customer targeting and messaging.
Provide feedback to help shape marketing strategies based on customer interactions and emerging trends.

Sales Initiatives and Performance
Execute strategic sales initiatives and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
Conduct live product demonstrations and articulate how our solutions align with business objectives.
Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, supporting internal reporting and performance tracking.

Skills and Qualifications
This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to craft solutions that meet complex client needs.
