Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at TTEC, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. Your primary focus will be on servicing and upselling client products to existing customers.
In this role, you will work effectively to educate customers on their current products and identify opportunities to maximize sales. You will be responsible for growing your book of business by developing new business opportunities and establishing strong customer relationships.
You will engage with customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs. This may involve responding to incoming calls and ensuring delivery of outstanding customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying customer shipping profiles to secure business or referring leads to the appropriate channel.
