About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As an Affiliation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued business growth.
  • Analyze and optimize online campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with client goals.
  • Utilize tracking and analytics tools to inform campaign optimization decisions.
  • Negotiate prices and payment models with existing and new partners.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a full contract (40h per week) with a salary ranging from €35,000 to €50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus ticket restaurant and insurance. You will also have the opportunity to earn up to 2.5% commission based on profit generated from your portfolio.
