Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist based in Barcelona to support GLG's business growth in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. They will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new experts to join GLG's insight network, building relationships with clients and Network Members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and recruiting new experts to join GLG's insight network

- Collaborating with colleagues on and across both regional and global teams
As a Business Development Specialist at GLG, you will learn how to:
- Recruit and vet new relevant experts to the GLG Network

- Mentor future GLG Associates as you become tenured and proficient in your role
In this role, you can expect to earn an estimated salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
