Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Is:
  • Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
  • Possess a third level qualification ie degree and a driving licence.
  • Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.

Language Requirements:
We require fluency in English and Greek, plus one additional European language.

The Role:
You will work on behalf of a leading toy and game manufacturer, committed to providing a great environment for their team members who understand their goals and are willing to put the company's needs first. Our team is passionate about creating the best toy soldiers and prides itself on record-breaking sales of over 500 million euros last year. We offer a competitive gross salary of €32,000 per year, relocation support, profit share bonus, pension plan, additional holidays, staff discount, and Share Save scheme.

Location:
This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office.
