Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth across Spain, you will be responsible for conducting successful sales meetings and demos with prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle to meet targets.

You will plan and organize sales activities, including calls and demos, keeping the sales pipeline accurate and up to date with regular forecasting to track progress toward targets.

The ideal candidate will establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Native written and verbal communication skills in Spanish with fluency in English

• At least 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, account executive, etc.) with a proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Confidence in conducting sales meetings over the phone or via videoconference, ensuring each call ends with a clear action item

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
