We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As the creator of Warhammer, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about helping businesses grow their sales by offering expert advice and managing their product ranges. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for making weekly calls to independent retailers to ensure they have the right product range in stock, advising them on the best products to suit their business needs, and building strong relationships with your customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Making weekly calls to independent retailers to ensure they have the right product range in stock">
  • Advising them on the best products to suit their business needs">
  • Building and nurturing strong, trusting relationships with your customers">
  • Conducting stock checks and ensuring timely reorders of sold items">
  • Keeping customers informed about new product ranges and identifying opportunities to close deals">
  • Looking for ways to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €32,000, plus a range of benefits including 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year), profit share bonus, pension plan, and option to join our Share Save scheme. We also provide relocation support and offer a generous discount on our products.

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues, excellent customer service and time management abilities, high-level multitasking and organisational skills, and a proven ability to influence clients and grow sales. You must also be proficient in Dutch and English, and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian or Czech.
