Sales Channel Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Channel Development Specialist to join our sales team at Unilever's central offices in Barcelona (Viladecans). This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills and expertise in creating and implementing channel plans, leading sales teams, and driving business growth.
Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in national accounts, with a focus on leading the super channel within the client for the PC/BW categories. You will be responsible for creating the channel plan, implementing and optimizing the strategy within each category, and ensuring the flawless execution of these plans across multiple stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Develop proximity and convenience strategies, implement them, and monitor their progress.
- Prepare for client meetings, ensure follow-up, and achieve objectives.
- Collaborate in defining customer plans and execute them flawlessly.
- Daily monitoring of sales and stocks, analyzing financial and market data.
- Coordinate with the international team and manage assortment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in Go-To-Market.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- High level of English language skills.
