Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Personal Care Business team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts within purchasing, technical, and marketing departments to foster customer intimacy
- Report on business performance in designated markets, identifying potential threats or opportunities as they arise
- Gather market data on prices and competitor behavior, providing valuable insights to the relevant teams
- Manage and achieve assigned budget, ensuring efficient communication channels and feedback with the department
- Liaise with various company functions to address customer needs and resolve issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and sales experience in the Personal Care Business
- Degree-level technical background or equivalent in a science-related discipline, preferably Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Personal Care Business
- Proficient in B2B sales, including discussions of technical concepts with customers
- Highly proficient in technical selling and able to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Spanish language proficiency and high level of English (writing and speaking) skills
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, parking, and hybrid work arrangements. A full driving license is required for this role.
