Are you a driven sales professional looking to excel in a dynamic business environment?
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist - B2B Sales.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you proactively engaging with potential independent retailers through targeted cold calling, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop. You will establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone, identify client needs, and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A confident communicator with excellent conversation skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and exceed targets.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection, with persistence and determination.
  • Natural sales skills, guiding and influencing decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission). Additionally, we provide generous benefits:

Requirements
  • Full business proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English is essential.
