We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at Red Points.

About the Role:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through thorough market research, utilizing various online platforms and social media networks.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance account qualification processes and develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Detect and investigate new market trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Support Sales Operations in maintaining accurate data across corporate tools, ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Requirements:

  • Business or Economics degree preferred
  • Strong interest in sales and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluent English written and spoken, with other languages a plus
