Job Description

The Foreign Exchange Business Development Specialist will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to understand market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth.

You will be expected to:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and present our solutions to meet their needs
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve our sales processes

We offer a competitive industry leading basic salary of €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a transparent commission scheme allowing you to quickly increase your earnings. Rapid career progression and a range of structured career paths are also available.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build rapport easily and enjoy working with people
  • Fluent Spanish and Catalan, with a high level of English language proficiency
  • Experience in B2B sales or client-facing environments
