Client Acquisition and Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Acquisition and Relationship Development Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective cold calling, relationship building, and sales process execution.
- Relationship Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales Process: Develop and execute a well-rounded sales strategy that includes appointment setting, needs assessment, and solution presentation.
- Goal-Oriented: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Romanian at an advanced C1 level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
- Absorbent knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
