Customer Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our Sales Team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth by discovering the best and most popular things to do in travel destinations.
Your Focus:
- Acquiring new suppliers, primarily focusing on tour and experience providers as well as attractions in Spain and Portugal.
- Managing the entire sales funnel from outreach to closing and onboarding.
- Representing us at relevant industry events to drive acquisition.
- Being in destination to effectively build relationships and drive acquisition.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales and outbound acquisition.
- Thrive in meeting and exceeding your Sales targets, and have a proven track record of doing so.
- Experience in working efficiently with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills, overcoming objections, and closing deals with challenging key accounts.
- A high level of business acumen and using data to prioritize your actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You speak Spanish at a native level or full working proficiency. Portuguese is a plus.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and qualifications.
