Job Title: Account Specialist

Estimated Salary: €45,000 per year

Job Description

This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate product and service delivery, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as experience in account management.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer accounts: Set up new accounts, update commercial & financial information, and cancel existing ones if needed.
  2. Process orders and returns: Introduce, modify, follow-up, and control customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services.
  3. Ensure invoice payment: Prepare, modify, send, and follow-up invoices to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  4. Coordinate marketing campaigns: Execute marketing and promotional campaigns specific to key accounts, ensuring Desigual's brand messaging is effectively communicated.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • SAP Knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
