**Job Overview**
We are looking for a Strategic Corporate Relationship Specialist in our Barcelona Office. The ideal candidate will have proven dealing/trading experience and exceptional sales skills.

Our Relationship Managers make deals happen, offering expert and bespoke suggestions to clients, helping them achieve their international business goals while minimizing FX risks. They plan, structure and execute transactions, giving clients the best value and contributing to Ebury's growth.

As a key contributor to Ebury's growth, you will be responsible for promoting the company through research and campaigns targeting international operating companies in the local market. Your role includes:

• Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management
• Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers using trading platforms and Bloomberg/Reuters
• Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination
• Understand client business environments and provide tailored solutions
• Analyze competition capabilities and gaps to position Ebury's Banking solutions effectively
• Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals

**Requirements**
You should have:
• Strong Financial Services sales experience (sales/relationship management role)
• A contacts network would be an advantage
• Experience working in a commercial bank (one or several) selling to SMEs
• Relevant experience in an environment different from a bank (this could be FX specialist, cash management etc)
• Knowledge of compliance requirements
• Business/finance academic background would be a plus

**Benefits**
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
