About the Role: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be the face of our company in the enterprise domain. You'll identify prospective customers and build genuine relationships to drive sales and growth. With a deep understanding of our full product suite, you'll provide tailored solutions to retain and deepen relationships, helping customers unlock new features and maximize usage.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Qualifying enterprise customers from a prospective list, establishing strong relationships with new and existing businesses
  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs, collaborating with Product Owners and Sales Specialists to deliver holistic solutions
  • Activating new customers while nurturing and expanding existing relationships
  • Becoming a public champion for Revolut within the enterprise domain
  • Managing and building a strategic sales pipeline based on enterprise customer usage

What You'll Need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in a financial services institution
  • A proven track record selling software, SaaS, and web services to large enterprise accounts, familiar with slow sales cycles and large deal sizes
  • The ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets over time
  • Expert relationship-building skills to interact with multiple high-level decision-makers, ideally C-suite executives
  • The ability to adapt from strategic planning to supporting customers with initial account setup and ongoing support
  • A willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, where local policies permit
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand and become an expert in payments infrastructure, FX, and merchant acquiring
