Enterprise Sales Strategist for Spanish Market Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive XL to join our team and drive growth in the Spanish market. As part of our XL team, you will report directly to the Director of XL and focus on launching and expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential, mid-to-large enterprises.
The Role:Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Account Planning: Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Success: Responsible for launching and managing the client's account during their first year with Factorial, ensuring a successful implementation, addressing ongoing needs, and driving account growth by expanding the number of seats, functionalities, and overall adoption of Factorial within their organization.
Candidate Profile: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.
- Hybrid Professional: Comfortable with both remote work and conducting in-person client meetings as required.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (proficient) and English (professional level).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Proactive: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of the launch and expansion strategy in the market.
- Analytical & Organized: Capable of managing pipelines, providing accurate forecasts, and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Empathetic Relationship Builder: Adept at building genuine, trust-based relationships by deeply understanding client challenges and crafting tailored plans that address their needs.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
