Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Market Expansion Strategist to spearhead our international expansion efforts in the Portuguese market.

About the Role
The International Market Expansion Strategist will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing high-priority initiatives with our partners in Portugal and beyond. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement, and sales enablement skills, as well as fluency in Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Identify, plan, and execute high-priority initiatives with our partners in Portugal and beyond.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives within partner organizations.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive product success by rallying partner sales teams and engaging customers directly to promote our offerings.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure partnership goals are met.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 Business school.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, consulting, or international sales.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation Package
Our estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 depending on location and experience. This includes a competitive base salary and bonus structure, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
