At Itnig Venture Builder, we're seeking a seasoned Account Executive XL to spearhead our growth strategy in the Italian market. As a key player in our XL team, you'll report directly to the Director of XL and focus on expanding Factorial's presence with high-potential mid-to-large enterprises.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced professional who can manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to close, delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Building and executing effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Launching and managing client accounts during their first year with Factorial, ensuring successful implementation, addressing ongoing needs, and driving account growth by expanding seat adoption.

You'll be responsible for conducting in-person visits with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and gain deeper insights into their needs. Additionally, you'll deliver accurate forecasts and track revenue performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian (proficient) and English (professional level).
  • Proficiency in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership of launch and expansion strategies.
