Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within key enterprise accounts in Iberia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with account solutions architects and sales specialists to identify key projects to sell Red Hat's solutions
  • Manage the account planning process and carry out strategic plans to expand our presence within key customer accounts
  • Gain the trust of senior IT and business executives in key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers
  • Develop new strategies for our offerings within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, professional services, and support, to ensure excellent customer experience

About You:

  • 8+ years of field sales experience focused on strategic enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of working closely with customers to deliver solutions that exceed their business expectations
  • Experience with consultative customer engagements and a solutions sales mentality
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish
