We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Romania. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with mid-sized organizations, building relationships with C-level executives, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations
- Build relationships with C-Level Executives, supporting them to work towards their mission-critical priorities
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Act as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations
Key Qualifications:
- Native level of Romanian and English
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 2-7 years of experience with evidence of prior success in sales
- Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred
- Competitive drive with a collaborative approach
