As an Enterprise Sales Professional at Teleperformance Spain, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base across EMEA. Our team of highly skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are seeking like-minded individuals who share our passion for sales excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and discovering their needs to drive new business through various outbound campaigns. You will work closely with our Business Development team to proactively engage with hundreds of businesses, building enthusiasm and identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose adequate solutions and send them on the most appropriate sales path.
With a strong focus on sales performance and individual targets, you will also be part of a larger sales team working towards growing our customer base across EMEA. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have access to comprehensive training and development programs, including regular coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions. Experience in B2B sales or business development is highly desirable, particularly in the IT industry. You will also need to be proficient in cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual gross salary of €23,533.40, plus up to €2,353.40 in bonus incentives.
