Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in telemarketing and/or demand generation/sales experience working in a software sales organization.

This role requires strong sales hunting skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of business challenges facing defined industries and lines of business, as well as a strong network of contacts within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in prospects or solicit new potential customers
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries and leads generated by Marketing
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns with state-of-the-art tools
  • Provide marketing support for major SAP events
Requirements
  • Strong sales hunting skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing and/or Demand Generation/Sales experience working in a software sales organization
  • Experience in modern digital prospecting techniques such as LinkedIn and Social Media Listening, blended with traditional demand generation activities (i.e., cold calling)
  • Proven ability to work to targets in a sales environment
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent German and fluent English

Estimated Salary

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
