We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Manager to join our team in driving growth and expanding our presence in the Spanish market. As a key member of our XL team, you will play a pivotal role in launching and managing high-potential accounts with mid-to-large enterprises.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close.
  2. Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
  3. Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Liaise closely with cross-functional departments (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.
About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will have a strong understanding of consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships. Your ability to develop account plans and execute strategies for expanding market presence will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital transformation industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (proficient) and English (professional level).
  • Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
