Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

We are a leading company in the digital transformation industry, and we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to join our team. Located in Barcelona, this role will play a strategic part in supporting our efforts to identify and execute on growth opportunities related to our partner ecosystem.
**Job Description**
A successful candidate will have experience in business development, preferably in enterprise software sales. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and a collaborative working style, are essential. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and conversational in English.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop ROI-based business models to evaluate opportunities
• Gather business intelligence and perform competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities
• Work effectively in a team environment and generate high-impact results
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in enterprise software sales
• Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
• Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science required; MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline preferred
