Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our Business Development function, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion within Midsize Enterprise (MSE) organizations across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to engage with C-level stakeholders, primarily CFOs, within MSE organizations across EMEA.
- Convert Prospects into Active Clients: Own the full sales conversation and negotiation process, transitioning new clients to our account management team.
- Builid a Strong Pipeline: Continuously identify and develop relevant opportunities to deliver against sales metrics and meet KPI targets.
- Meet Quota Responsibility: Deliver circa £300k per annum of new logo revenue across your assigned territory.
- Manage Complex Sales Environments: Lead high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments, owning forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- 2+ Years B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably within complex intangible sales environments.
- Sales Expertise: Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives, with a proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to conduct EMEA-wide travel as needed.
