**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating trust-based relationships with C-level executives and driving new business opportunities across Large-Enterprise organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Seek out and drive new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations across your territory.* Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the account management team.* Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPI's are met.* Quota responsibility for your assigned territory* Identify and prioritize Large Enterprise prospects with potential for significant revenue growth.* Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term value.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of client priorities and market trends.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and performance. **Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
