Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

Gartner, a leading research company, is expanding its Midsize Enterprise Sales organization to meet the growing demand for expert analysis and bold ideas. As an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building trust-based relationships with CxOs within midsize enterprises across EMEA.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment where you will acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and prospect for new business opportunities. Your passion for sales, combined with your experience and drive, will enable you to consistently exceed your sales quota and make a significant impact on the company's success.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who is willing to relocate to Barcelona. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of business acumen, and the ability to excel in a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, and Danish.
As an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager, you will be aligned to the Hungarian market and will work closely with the rest of the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and new prospecting techniques. Your ability to inspire others to do better every day will be essential in achieving our goals.
We offer a competitive base salary of approximately **€70,000** per year, uncapped earning potential, and exceptional benefits, including top performers receiving all-expense-paid trips to exotic locations.
