About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Growth Manager at Merantix, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within a defined territory. This role involves developing existing accounts, building account plans, and identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for a defined territory, generating and closing deals within these accounts by developing existing accounts and building account plans.
  • Identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure that prospect and customers' needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business.
  • Meet your sales targets by managing opportunities and forecasting accurately.
  • Deliver first-class executive presentations and discovery workshops with your customers.
  • Partner with your pit crew (Customer Success, License Compliance, Technical sales team) in the region to grow sales and gain market share, and engage the appropriate teams including presales, consultants, field sales, partners, and services to add maximum value for your customers.

Requirements

  • Native Czech speaker as well as fluent level of English.
  • Sales experience in the IT/SaaS industry.
  • Negotiation Skills and Sales to C-Level.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
