Enterprise Sales Growth Manager

We are hiring a skilled Enterprise Sales Growth Manager in Spain, Barcelona. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales growth through robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and discovering their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota and hit daily and weekly target levels of activity.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and educate them on the available solutions.
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess customer needs.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements:
- Diligently document customer notes and deal details using Salesforce.com to ensure clarity on the current and past state of customer interaction.
