About Gartner Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is a critical component of our business development strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients through strategic relationships with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities with large enterprise organizations across your assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to convert prospects into active Gartner clients.
  • Owning the full sales conversation and negotiation process, ensuring seamless transitions to account management teams.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against sales metrics and meet KPIs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' B2B sales experience in complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Prior experience in business development or new-client acquisition roles is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with expertise in selling to and influencing C-level executives.
