We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales pipeline, you will be responsible for generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and qualifying incoming leads.

About the Team

Our Business Development team is comprised of international professionals focusing on local markets, including French, Italian, DACH, Spanish, and UK. We are a group of people with an international mindset - curious, explorative, and open-minded. We enjoy challenging ourselves and pushing each other to bring out the best in ourselves.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming an expert in how Kantox works, the problems we solve, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
  • Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone or email with key stakeholders from our target accounts.
  • Qualifying inbound leads by leveraging your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use cases.
  • Qualifying incoming leads as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.
  • Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and assist when needed.
