**Job Summary**

As an Enterprise Growth Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to maintain and expand pipeline opportunities, ensuring regular reporting on progress. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop, expand, and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through profitable new business development
  • Cultivate and maintain top-level relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Partner with Operations and Sales colleagues across geographies to ensure a seamless customer experience

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to manage and close large deals, regularly exceeding sales targets
  • B2B expertise in solution/service sales and business development
  • Strategic mindset with a commercial focus
  • Motivated, self-reliant, and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude
