Job Summary

As a Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager at PTC, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Enterprise customers. You'll help them get the most value out of their investments in PTC solutions, ensuring effective adoption, expansion, and renewal.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders, executive teams, and technical teams to deliver robust account management support. You'll act as the voice of the customer within PTC, providing critical feedback to enhance the overall experience, product quality, and identify market growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Direct Strategic/Enterprise and Commercial customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal of PTC solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on PTC solutions and their applications in various industries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or relevant industry experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A broad understanding of how businesses function and their priorities.

$124,000 - $164,000 per year
