About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Malt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with large enterprise accounts in Catalonia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business within large existing clients in the Catalan Region with a solution selling mindset.
  • Develop a strategic approach to identify and prospect new stakeholders, being able to approach C-level interlocutors.
  • Manage large accounts, helping them understand the value of working with freelancers and specifically Malt.

What You Will Enjoy

  • Working as a team to develop the business in Spain, specifically in Barcelona, sharing best practices with each other and the teams in Europe.
  • Prospecting and developing a portfolio of large accounts with a solution selling mindset.
  • Helping your customers find the best freelancers for their needs.
