Role Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Your goal will be to increase sales revenue, expand our market share, and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
