About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Growth Specialist to join our Spanish sales team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding our client portfolio.
Your Mission
Your main objective will be to contribute to the commercial growth of Sensorfact, a leading company in energy management solutions. You will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research to identify potential leads
- Reach out to potential high-value customers via phone, email, or video call
- Convince business owners and senior executives of our value proposition
- Convert leads by setting up product demonstrations with potential customers and our Account Executives
- Actively invest in your sales skills and career via our training program and rapid growth path
Requirements
- At least 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in cold calling and/or outbound sales
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English
