We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Specialist to join our team in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial leader to drive sales growth and revenue in the vascular market.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, implementing sales strategies, and managing commercial customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading local commercial customer interaction for sales opportunities with the clinical team.
- Implementing country commercial plans as defined by the Country Commercial Business Manager (CCBM).
- Managing pricing, contracting, and tender tasks within allocated regions.
- Aligning customer or third-party catalogue pricing systems with Cook pricing systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating knowledge of customer bidding and ordering processes.
- Using supply chain solutions and data to enhance customer experience.
- Capturing and sharing competitor data.
- Ensuring delivery of services as agreed in contracts.
- Identifying, establishing, and developing relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous medical sales and commercial experience preferred.
- Able to travel frequently throughout assigned territories.
- Proven commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and numerical skills.
This role offers a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, based on the location and requirements of the position. In addition to the salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
